Vacation starts Saturday for 7 days , looking at going to santee on maybe Tuesday ( pending wind) we want to try greenwood but wondering about the water color . That being said we are camping on Wylie , but I promise you I’m gonna be fishing somewhere ..... what would you do ?

Extended forecast shows Saturday to be nice. By the afternoon I bet the water temps will be nice! After all this past Saturday I wore them out. Hopefully history will repeat itself. I'll either be in Mill Creek or Catawba or Withers or South Fork or Paw hahahahaha. I'll be on the water though I guarantee it

Santee main lake is rising to near full pool and muddy. Flood gates have been opened to reduce water levels. Some creeks retained good color, others not so much. Fishing will be hit or miss, but some fish can be caught if patient and persistent.
