Got a late start on the water about noon. Marked lots of fish but couldn't buy a bite. we fished all of the usual hot spots till about 3:30, then the perch bit fast and furious till dark. Kept about 3 dozen with some real diamond backs!! Some of the biggest I've ever seen.
They wanted meat today with all but 3 on minnows.

Now for just what we need........more rain!!
