Thread: New Years Bash 12/29/2018

Not sure I'll make it but y'all might want to consider Monticello. It doesn't seem to get muddy like the other lakes and it is full of perch and catfish, plus, some of you have done really well on the bass.

Ok guys we need to do a vote.We don't care where we go we just want to fish.So i have 2 questions need answer to by Christmas.

1.Is there anywhere close to Monticello to buy bait?

2.Where would everyone prefer to go to?Lake Wylie or Monticello?I understand Monticello stays pretty clear but how is the crappie fishing there?

Got two from work that say Wylie. Im good with a perch/crappie deal. Wylie is not terrible. Saw a few slabs caught there Monday.

Am I going to be sick Saturday?????

Makes no difference to us, but we may have a health issue with my wife's mother. I'll know more in a couple days.

Come on guys where does everyone prefer to go?Wylie in areas looking bad right now.

Wylie is fine with me but they're calling for rain Thursday Friday and Saturday in North Carolina and South Carolina
