Mostly because i am a bass fisherman, secondly because it was over 20mph wind all day long. Tried longlining at first and just got blown all over the place. had to go too fast to keep boat lined up. Finally switched to single pole jigging and started catching bass. lol. fun on crappie pole, but not our objective saturday. I know the lake if full of huge crappie, but , we werent able to pull it off saturday.
