    Default Uncle Remus ( project boat)


    Uncle Remus, I spent a lot of time today in that Tracker boat seat, only thing the seat was on the concrete floor!! I was taking the stripes and stickers off of it and boy oh boy was that a JOB. I used a heat gun and a plastic scraper for most of it and a eraser wheel for some. I'm planning on painting it. I have not worked on it much in a long time,been remodeling a rental house almost every weekend. That's a slow go for a one man show. Here's a picture of the boat seat beside the boat, it was the right height for the vinyl removal.Name:  IMG_1569.jpg

    sorry I have not been on C.C lately I've had a lot of irons in the fire lately and a death in my wifes family
    glad you finding a little time to work on your boat some she is beginning to look like a boat again
    were gonna have to quit this silly thing called work and do more fishin , we gonna mess around and let that old dogg and old fish
    catch um all lol. keep me informed on how the boat comes along and hopefully we'll get a chance to go see iffin she will catch a
    few fish for us. take care Sam

    Sam I know how hard it can be to remove the decals! Looks like you have the hard part done (unless the other side is yet to do )

    FYI. a pressure washer will make quick work of the decals
