Went catfishing for awhile this morning and it was MISERABLE! The heat takes all the fun out of fishing anymore so I'm hanging it up until cooler weather. Must be an age thing......dunno. Will keep reading posts but no plans in the near future for fishing again. 8 weeks to bow season. Plenty of maters to juice. Gonna stay low for awhile. Goods luck to all that is still fishing,


BTW...caught a mess of cats for a meal so all wasn't lost. Nothing worthy of pics though. 1 5#er and a 1 lber. Didn't have good bait and they wouldn't bite my offerings. Will post more after the weather cools some.
