    when do you guys think they will begin to move shallow?

    I dont know but cant be far away withh how big a couple were that i threw back yesterday.

    Considering water temps are still low to mid 50's, not for awhile. The ladies will hold their eggs until conditions are right.

    Seems like Feb = Mar this year. That said, I hope we get some more cooler weather to prolong the mid 50 deg water conditions.

    And just remember that this happens every year.....the weather cools down and knocks them back, it warms and they bite, then more cold.....etc.

    As with most lakes....my prediction is the 3#ers will go shallow end of Feb....everything else goes in waves mid to end of March/first week of April. THEN....the white crappie start.
