Thats awesome.

My wife and I honeymooned and stayed at Cheeca back in September. Could not of asked for a better time and place in the keys. That time of year not much fishing wise that is different from what i have in the NC coast, so we played around the dock with a few keeper mangrove snappers, and we even caught a few 20-25lb tarpon while others on charters blanked. Food is amazing.
