    Smile Deep Cycle Batteries

Any recommendations on deep cycle batteries for a 24V troll motor?

I've used the BPS brand and have replaced about every 5 years.

These are group 31 and I think they are 105 amp hours.

Heavy as lead and in the console. Fun, fun to lift them out and crush fingers.
    I don't fish because I want to, I fish because I HAVE to !

    Moma tried real hard.

Trojan SCS225 30 series, the last ones I had were seven years old and going strong when I sold them with my Bass Boat. Now I have one in our Duracraft center console now. I tried the Optima 30 series and it was OK too but I tend to lean towards the Trojan.
