Today, a coworker fished with me as the wife is on meds for her back and didnt want her getting beat up in the boat all day. We set out to identify and fish as much structure as possible from 15-25'. Water temps 69 in upper part of the lake and 70-71 in the lower part towards the dam. Structure around 20' by drop offs was the best. Fished near the bottom most of the time and red hook outfished normal hooks for crappie 5 to 2. All but one were between 11-13" very quality fish. We found alot of new places, not alot of crappie on each or they werent biting. Caught 1-2 then would move on. Some very nice slabs today. Pics to follow in a minute
