That, ScooperDude, I am not sure of. I am a transplant. Before moving from NC my wife and I got lifetime licenses since we could, at the same price for regular licenses, as senior adults. Then we moved to SC and got lifetime here. I talked with the Wildlife Division in NC and they said it didn't matter where I live, the lifetime license is good in NC. Jerry, I'm right there with you I fish both states. I didn't see where they sold lifetime out of State. I was hoping. I got my Lifetime NC this year a few years late.
