Default Clark hill first trip ?

I plan on fishing Clark hill for the first time this Friday. Was wanting to long line. Any help on where to put in at & fishing depth to start off with would be greatly appreciated. You can PM me if you would like also.

    Thanks in advance Duckpunisher

Where are you coming from. We always put in at the Dorn fishing ramp off of 378. They have plenty of ramps and parking. I fished SC little river side yesterday and only caught 4 crappie and 2 stripers. I checked a lot of places on the river but I could not find any biting fish. The Georgia little river is good but I have never fished it. I plan on going one day and explore it. Some of the Georgia boys will help you out.

I fished soap creek area today and it was slow. Started at 7:30 and left at noon.

How far back in Soap did you go? Those big hens might have been all the way back to under the powerline or farther.

Little River Ga side very muddy around Winfield/Raysville. Caught 10 decent fish yesterday in 15fow. Fish are hard to find right now though.

I fished to within several hundred yards of the power line , did catch several fish, but mostly dinks.

Didn't make it to the hill. Went to greenwood instead.
