Wateree Lake Campground by Beaver Creek is the name of the place. A friend of mine's parents have a place on Beaver Ck. We would get our bait and grub there. Nice clean place from what I remember.

Where on Murray? That sounds too good to be true.

Saluda River Resort for one. I'm going to omit the name of the 2nd place, because they only have 1 spot open and I'm seriously considering renting it. The rates are current, they were quoted at the first of this month. I have a friend who has had a spot at the Saluda River Resort for many years. According to him, his rate is $125/month.

A group of us stayed at Salude River resort back when I was working. It is waaaaaay up the river from the lake, but some good fishing there.

We liked it as well. Not much boat traffic to worry about. When you got a slow boat it takes a while to reach mid lake, but we mostly fished in the river and back waters.

We rent a site year round at Wateree Lake RV Park & Marina @ $329.00/mo + power.
They have a small marina with 12 slips and you can also tie up on the bank.
