    Default Santee Cooper Crappie Snatching

The fish continue to bite real well. Thursday the fishing was fantastic, it seemed not to matter where I went, or how I chose to present the bait, the fish wanted it! The 10 to 15 mph winds made the fishing a good bit tougher on Friday, but the fish didn't seem to mind it at all. If you could get it near him, he was going to eat it. I was limited to where I could fish, but found a nice mess fish willing eat my offerings.

You got a heck of a fishing hole. When I lived in Sumter I use to run out of lanes landing and had a couple of good spots with fish like you show us. I wish Wylie had some quality fish. Habitat makes a big difference. Every land owner up here wants to pull everything out of the water so their property looks good and then complain there's no fish. If they only knew what they would have if they had left something for the fish to come to or put brush in for them. Oh well some of us have a few spots that produce every once in a while. Good looking mess of fish, I know you had fun.
