I would good to lake hartwell outdoor center to get bait. I went to Garrets last weekend I got 3 dozen minnows and they shorted me 2 dozen of them. No lie, I did take it back in and they made it right. Think God I checked before I left I would have been pissed if I got on the water and seen it. I just don't understand why you would short someone bait that's only 2 bucks a dozen.
