    Question blue minners

I kept some minners I bought for fishing about a month ago. Had about 7-8 dozen left over so I put them in my big water cooler (10 gal) that I use for my minner bucket and put some of that blue stuff in it to keep em alive. They are doing good! they froze one time solid, and I crank up the air bubbler every other day or so. My question is,,,,now they have turned blue! not sure if that is good or bad?? anyone fished with blue minners before?

Let me know when you can make them orange lol, they will catch fish , but they will turn back to the minnow color if you fish with them very long.

Yes, they are good to fish with. We kid a lot about it but every so often you'll see minnows with a blue tint to them. We don't see any difference in them. Uncle Remus is a pro at bringing them to our gatherings. We catch just as many with or without the tint of blue. Crappie don't care when you find them.
