Default winter fishing and side imaging

    Gents,
For years I've been frustrated in the winter with my fishing results.
This year may end no differently, BUT for now, I'm able to use my SI and it's wonderful. HDS 9

All I did was cruise around looking for bird activity,
get in the area and let the SI do the work, looking for large bait schools,
I found them and it worked like a charm.
Perch and Crappie eventually turn on.

i got a good screen shot or 2 that I'll post.

    Happy Minnow Dunking !

I got an HDS 7 on the new boat and love it. But ive always said, the electronics will lead you to the fish, but that doesnt necessarily mean you can catch them

I got one also(HDS7 touchscreen) and have the SI ducer installed but the boat is still sitting in the yard. What is wrong with this picture??? I thought with all this high tech stuff it would just go catch fish and bring um back to me.
