Default Lake Murray Perch / Shellcrackers

Taking my family to Murray for a few days next week.
What are the chances of getting on a perch bite while there?
About what depth of water should I expect to find the fish?
Would shellcrackers still be hanging out around points?

Thanks for any advice anyone might have.

The perch are scattered from what I hear. I have not been in a few weeks, now I am waiting on my DF from Lowrance before I go. I would try the creek mouths back to about 20 feet deep. Last ones we found were about halfway back in the mouth of one of the creeks at 20 feet. We were on the Lexington side just above Spence Islands.
Got a buddy wanting to try the perch so I need to find them again also.
Let us know how you do.
