Thread: Perch Pounding

Well the crappie bite has slowed for me, so I decided try the perch this morning. The bite was not as fast as I have seen perch bite but not bad. Kept the first 25 just didn't want to clean any more than that this morning. Used live medium minnows in about 35 ft. of water. Size was pretty good. Should get much better in a few weeks but I think I will try again in the morning. Any kind of fishing is better than honey do's. The picture is the belly up live well shot.
