    I think that just inspired me to thaw out a pack for tonight.
    My buddy wants to go Monday. It is supposed to be in the 50s or 60s but not at daylight. More like 25 or 30, Brrrrrrrrrrrrr.

    Well, thanks to Gerald I thawed out a pack of fillets and used the baked parmesan recipe off the forum along with some mashed potatoes, asparagus, kale, sweet pickles and a Diet DP. Pretty good on a cold Saturday night.
