Default First fish of the year!!!!

First fish of the year turns out to be a 8lb bass and the second fish of the year was a 5lb bass. Fished about 4 hours with no luck with the crappie. Water temperatures 42 to 44F. Lots of bait fish and lots of wind. Name: IMG_5686.jpg

That would make many a guy's year Tommy. Nothing wrong with a couple of nice LM. Guess you caught them at Santee? Looks like the weather is going to turn nasty after tomorrow. Spring can't come soon enough for me.

Those are some nice looking bass Tommy. That had to be fun on light tackle? They look like they have not missed a meal either! Thanks for sharing.
