Manual Jack Plate

Have a heavy jack plate that I'm not going to use. It's a 5" set back, made from at least 3/8 aluminum angle
Might even be thicker.

It might be homemade but is really well done if it is.

The bolts are rusty, but free. This a full manual plate, adjustments will need to be done out of the water with a jack.
