I have two (2) of the noted model, in real good shape, all the rope, brackets, etc are rust free, a bit dusty from hanging from my garage ceiling for a few years. No dry rot or damage to the ropes or straps that go under the yak. Rope and brackets are black. I have one set of printed instructions AND the mounting bolts used.

I used both of these to store a WS Ride 115 yak(~75 lbs) for several years and another WS sit in style yak at about 40 lbs. Never an issue with the hoist system. I would back my truck into the garage and just lower the Ride 115 into the bed, tie it down and head for the water. Upon returning to the house, just backed in, slid the straps under the yak and raised it up out of the way.
