No. Wish it was that easy. I checked on doing mine. It can be done with almost 600 in parts.

A smaller radius for the Spot Lock.

the question I have, is can you just hook it to the cranking battery and it shut off on its on when not in use, the installation Manuel doesn't say anything about that

Yes, it shut off on its on. Activated through Bluetooth only when needed, like when the spotlock is activated.
