Harmar scooter lift

I know this is non fishing related but I can't mess with craigslist. I tried and just to many scammers.
I have a harmar electric scooter lift(AL500). It hooks in a receiver hitch. It's probably 2-3 years old but been used less than 5 times. If memory serves me right it was used twice.
Asking 800.00 but open to offers. Don't really know what used ones are worth. I know what they cost new and that's seems like a fair price.
