The boat is a 2006 model. Being that is ALL aluminum and all welded the boat is as structurally sound as the day I bought it (NO LEAKS). The Yamaha motor is a 2012 model. NEVER have I had an issue with the motor. Oil was changed twice a year with full synthetic oil and the foot once a year. Starts on the first try every time. Great quiet running motor and good on gas.
