    Default 2008 fish hawk 175

Thinking about getting a new carolina skiff to use here and at the beach so may sell my current boat. Checking to see about interest. I have a 2008 crestliner fishhawk 175 with a 90 hp mercury four-stroke. I bought it last year from a older gentleman that retired, bought it and did not like fishing. It had 135 hours on it when I bought it. Guessing I have put 150 more on it. It has the marine vinyl instead of carpet. I have added T-bar rod holders 2 at the front and 2 at the back that hold 4 rod holders each. I have 18 I think of the stainless steel dual rod holders. You can sit the rod at 5 degrees or about 30 degrees. I also have 3 mounts at the rear on each side for striper trolling. All t-mounts are removable from a base mounted in the floor with two nuts. I moved the standard depth finder to the front and added a helix 5 on a ram mount at the console where I can point it forward or backward. I recently added a minn kota co-pilot with universal sonar to it when the 2008 motorguide gave out. It probably has less than 10 trips on it. It has a quick release mount. I mounted two pedistal mounts on the rear that I mount my downriggers on. I also have a nice locking rod transportation system that I just bought, but have not installed that can go with it. It has two live wells also. Heavy duty galvanized trailer with swing tongue. NADA for an average boat list retail at 11,750. This is well above average with all the extras. I am asking $12000. I do not think you will find one as nice with all the extras for anywhere near that price. I didn't have a lot of photos, but will get more.Name: IMG_0164.jpg

Can you post a few pictures of the inside of the boat?

The T-bars are all removable. The two black pedistals are for mounting the downriggers. I can include them if you need them or they can be removed. I listed it as a 175, but it is the fishhawk 1700. The rod holders on the back can be quickly removed so the full cover can be installed and the trolling motor is then removed with the removable mount and stored inside.

I am going to bump this up for Craig, I met him at the lake Sunday thinking about buying this boat. It is a very nice rig, set up for crappie, striper, or catfish, good layout and taken care of. Boat handles well and will make someone a very nice boat, only reason I'm not purchasing it is I feel for me I would be settling on a boat just so I can fish, it's just not everything I'm looking for due to wanting to do some salt water fishing. That being said, I will give this boat a thumbs up for someone looking for a well equipped boat, thanks again Craig for giving me an opportunity to buy the boat, good luck with the sale of it. Thanks Carl. Good to meet you. Hope you get the new boat and take me out fishing on it. I have yet to buy a new one, but hopefully will after I sell this one.

We will go. I ordered it on Tuesday. Be here next week sometime. Already started buying things for it so wife is getting a little upset. lol. She thinks just because of the big price tag, it should come with everything.

They just never seem to understand that the boat always needs more stuff to make it work right, it can't catch fish from the factory, lol.
