Cumberland crappie adjustable double seat

I have a brand new Cumberland crappie double seat that is the 36" version it has the 3/4 pin. I bought this back in the spring thinking I was getting a different boat and that all went south. I will take 180 for it plus shipping. Thanks for looking.

It does not have the umbrella holder. I will have to get it out of the box tmrw to take pics. I've never even opened the box.
