    Compared to real estate prices here in eastern NC ,that's a heckuva price. When you throw in it's on the Holy Grail of crappie fishing lakes, sounds like a steal.

    Cheap price compared to around here. Property like that around Toledo Bend would be at five times that.

    Yes. It is on the south side of Middle Rd. You will see a cleared off lot. Utilities are easily accessible. Thanks.
