depending on how far i have to reach out. i usually used a 12ft CrappieMaxx SlabGrabber and/or the 9footer. But when there a like 20 ppl in one spot i hack them off my 3piece 16ft jig pole. lol they be like huh especially because i usually be the only one pullin in the slabs
