I've been holding off on telling that this but I guess I will tell everybody here we had a cash offer for our last property in Oregon but we are waiting for him to put some money down if everything goes right we will close on the property here in September and probably be in Texas some time in the end of September or the first part of October so pray for me guys.

well I guess failed to you guys about the grab bag thing and it turned out to be pricing on each one so please forgive me all the molds are still available first-come first serve we are not holding anything back just let me know which ones you want so we can take them out of the lineup.
