Well it sure won't hurt to do a factory default reset but if everything else.looks good it may not help.
I've heard of some issues with recent updates but most have complained about the down image.
Take a couple of screenshots and post them here so we can see what your not seeing.
I will say this.
I like to fish docks.
I think Humminbird has the best side imaging for cruising past a dock and seeing fish.
Too many times now to count I have ridden past a dock and seen zero fish with my SI.
I've then turned and aimed my Livescope at the dock and spotted a nice size school of fish, sometimes over a dozen or more.
This happened as recent as my last trip out.
I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it. Now I know to make sure a dock is not holding fish I need to Livescope it!
