I've been Lowrance/Eagle since the early 1970's .... and just had bring me a Hook 7 to replace my broken Elite 5DSI. Sad part is that the new Hook 7 cost me about $175 less than the E5DSI I bought used.

Only "Bird" I've ever owned is the b/w 2d one that came with the boat, mounted in the lower right of the console panel.

Dang, Don ... you've got as much of that moldy money in depth finders as I have in my boat !!

Great pics, I love to watch my units as much as catch fish, LOL - but I do love a great unit. I have 3 on my boat.
