Take a test light and check to see if there is fire at the plug that attaches to the 360, sounds like no fire.

I got a 360 bow mount the other day. Installed on boat and can't get it to work. 360 has two wires coming out of it. Ran one wire straight to battery red and black , to eliminate any other power source variable and other Ethernet cord to the 999. Battery is hot (checked). Also checked all connections.
Under accerssary test on unit it is reading 360 unconnected but is reading everything else temp and gps. Am I not hooking something up right or missing something.
Any info would be appriciated.

Plug it in and then turn on your fish finder wait a little while. It won't find it right away. i plug mine in and then when i get to my fishing spot It is ready.

Thanks tested it. Reading 12.8 volts. I also have reset defaults on 999 and let it set for up to 20 min to try to recognize 360 plunged in to 999. Anything else I could test?
Try disconnecting the Ethernet cable and swapping it end for end and reconnecting it ...

Thanks rickie. I tried that also and nothing. Guess I'm going to call hummingbird in the morning and send it back. Anything else to try? I'm up for anything. I'm at the point I'm pretty sure it is the transducer. Guess I'm fixing to find out how good hummingbird customer service is.
