One thing that I have found that really helps is to normally have your SI set to the same range most of the time. That way your are comparing apples to apples. I run 65' range most of the time, I can normally tell you what size we are getting ready to fish. I never use 2D either. I love SI, DI and the 360.

Time looking at the FF is the best way to learn. I don't think you can make it come any faster, it just takes time.
