Insert a SD Card in the unit ...

When you see something you want to capture a screenshot of ...:

*Press the 4way cursor to stop the screen scroll ...
*Press menu twice to get into the Main Menu System ...
*Cursor over to the Accessories tab ...
*Cursor down to Screenshots ...
*Cursor over to enable screenshots ...
*Exit out of the Main Menu System ...(but still have the scroll frozen) ...
*Press the Mark button to create a screenshot and create a waypoint ...
*Press "Menu" twice to get back into the Main Menu System ...
*Cursor over to the Accessories tab ...
*Cursor down to Screenshots ...
*Cursor over to disable screenshots ...
*Exit out of the Main Menu System ...
