    Default HB 859 Waypoint Editing

Tried editing on my 859ci hd di and ran into this something I haven't seen before. I was just looking online and saw this utube video showing what it is doing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B-5RGGrSBc

    I'll answer here too ...

The video shows only 1 waypoint in his library ...and it was created with a snapshot ...

Is yours also having this issue only when trying to edit a snapshot waypoint ...or when trying to edit regular waypoints also ...??

    Try this ... (Guessing cause I don't network) ...

    *Power on both units ...
*Open Chart view on both units ...
*Set both units to "Share Waypoints" under the Network tab ...
*Open waypoint management on both units ...
*Scroll far enough down into the waypoints for each to show blue (resident) and green (non-resident) waypoints ...

Try to edit a blue waypoint in each unit ...

Then shut 1 unit off and see if the green waypoints disappear from the remaining "powered on" unit ...

Try to edit a blue waypoint in the remaining "powered on" unit ...

Thank you Rickey. I will give that a shot soon. I cut my finger at work today and got 5 stitches in my right index so I won't be messin with it for a while. I posted this one in hopes of getting more views and a quick answer from someone who has seen it before... Obviously, I am not that lucky... Terry

Its not pleasant. I don't think will be wetting a line soon...
I fired up the 859 again this morning; put the card back in it and its working normally. I guess it was a fluke.
Thank you guys. Good fishing to you all !
