I was thinking i read on here about sight sponsers that sell Hb products. I would like to buy from those that help us. I am looking to get a Tm transducer and a switch that will let me use one unit and two Transducers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get the 360 then you don't need another transducer or switch.
I wish, but money wont allow the 360. Besides i would have it knocked off where i fish. The alabama river is full of floating debris. Have enough trouble keeping foot on the outboard.
What 2 separate xducers are you thinking of running...??
*2 SI xducers with the HB TS3 switch...?
*Or 1 SI xducer and a 2d xducer with the AS SIDB Y cable...?
*Or 1 SI xducer and a DI xducer with the HB TS3 switch ...?

The 899 comes stock with the XHS 9 SI 180 T compact SI xducer that operates at 83kHz/200kHz 2d and 455kHz SI...
The 899 can use the XHS 9 HDSI 180 T xducer which operates at 83kHz/200kHz 2d and 455kHz/800kHz SI...
There were some early reports of issues with the 800kHz frequency when using the XHS 9 HDSI 180 T at 800kHz SI on the 899...
I think this may have been fixed in some of the latest software versions...

I misquoted the xducer model that comes stock with the 899...
It should have read that the 899 comes stock with the XNT 9 SI 180 T compact SI xducer...
But I still think you would be more satisfied with the XHS 9 HDSI 180 T xducer...because of the additional 800kHz SI frequency ...and the fact that the longer piezoes should give better images...
