Phone is HTC one.
I click your name, your info comes up,
But obvious " send a private message" option, or whatever it may say

What am I missing?

When you are looking at my info stats page ...do you not have an option on the left that says..."Send a private message"...??

Brett there is a mail icon top right after you touch the avatar of the person you want to message. If your using tapatalk that is

Go to Settings at the top right of the page....

Then on the settings page, go down the left column to "General Settings"..

When that opens, go down to a selection that says "Private Messaging on/off"...
