Believe it or not, I'm satisfied with what I bought. I think you are troubled over the fact you didn't your research. If you had,you would have known the 998 doesn't have a designated DI crystal. Your disappointment with your 998 DI performance is due to your own lack of research. Facts about H/B's DI has been on the net for a few years.
