Bettw..... you've got my curiosity up on this comparisons thing that you've been doing.you haven't posted any side by side pictures that we all wanted to see and the hds that your selling on ebay well those pictures imo seem to be lacking.maybe your setup. Im not sure but i think it would be helpful to all seeing that you opened your own can an all for you to show side by side comparisons with shots of the transducer location of each.i hope that you can do this because i think this would be helpful.thanks

Its got nothing to do with liking or not liking ..ive got two people that i work with that own hds units ..i show them pictures all the time from my 998 and there just amazed.they say that they can't get that kind of results from there units. i was kind looking forward to side by side pictures.

Isn't comparing a SI image to a HDS image almost the same as comparing a DI image (from a dedicated DI crystal) to a DI image (interpolated from a SI crystal)
