Just my opinion, but I can not see a reason to run a 12 in touch up front on ur t-motor, it will serve ur purpose much better on dash for searching and navigating, once uve located the targets then use just abt anykind of sonar up front to stay over or on what it is ur fishin. Not doing a 12 in justice up front. Mount the ducer on the rear end somewhere as described by the installation manual.
