My favorite fishing tactic is spider riggin from marked waypoint to marked waypoint....

I use the SI to find and mark newly found structure out to the sides of the boat track...then I may go to that newly marked structure immediately or go back to it later....

I also use the SI as a locating tool as I am passing the next target waypoint...if I pass a target waypoint and it doesn't show up on my 2d...I can use the SI to determine if I missed the structure to the left or right.... and then adjust my boat accordingly to get the structure to show on the 2d where the baits will then be in the strike zone....
