I taught my mini sonar (2”) to read http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/Sm...sic/smiley.gif. I just made it’s beam narrow (Down Imaging) using a slot diaphragm, and pulled a vertical word “YXA” under the transducer , and the word appeared on the screen http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/Sm...sic/smiley.gif
The stripe across the screen is a diaphragm reflection.
