Thread: Who's Going Fishing?!?

Not sure what your weather forecast looks like but mine looks GREAT for fishing. So........who's going this weekend?!?

Not me! I just had cataract surgery and not going to take a chance of getting something in my eye or fish slime from Uncle Remus throwing fish at me. I'd look funnier I know with a scale for a lens in my eye! Hope some one goes and catches something to report about!

Was a bust for me today. I tried two different creeks on the hill fishing from right after daylight until @ Noon and managed to catch around 15 fish keeping 6 for a meal for me and the Mrs. Fish were in both creeks but just wouldnt bite. It was SLOOOOOOW! Water temps were 46*. Think I'll let the lake warm up some before I go again. I got plenty of work I can do in the deer woods to make next year even better.

Me and scottymoe are planning on trying the hill next Friday if the weather holds out. Hope to find a few that wants a ride home for a grease bath.
