Thread: Fish starting to show up

We found some fish after a couple of trips with no action. The shut down between the browns moving out and the kings moving in usually happens, but we had been spoiled the last couple of years with early action and seem to be falling into some older fish moving patterns. Our short evening trip picked up some kings and rainbows and we saw big schools of baitfish. The rainbows hit on the surface on blue or orange spoons and the kings hit deep on blue and mirage flasher fly rigs. The water temps are still in the mid 40's so a warm up would kick in the fishing action. We found fish from 80-160 feet of water.
