I got to fish with it for a few days this week on t-bend and it's everything I could ask for and some. For a 1 to 5lb line class rod it still had a little back bone and the tip has a crisp yet very soft action to it, if that makes sense. "the rod is a whip stick with out the lose feeling of a whip stick". I just wish the blank alone wasn't so much I was looking for blanks yesterday and found a blank made kind of the same from US based company that is in the 100$ class, so I think I'm going to order one and give it a try.
