Yep, the good ol compost pile. We have one in the backyard next to the garden and thats where we get our worms when we go fishing. When I was a child, many many moons ago, my Grandfather had a "worm bed" and 2 ponds on the farm. When I got ready to go fishing I'd go out to the worm bed and dig some red wigglers and catch a mess of bream, yep there were some mighty good memories from that part of my life.

Have not done that...seems like a great idea though.

Shredded newspaper and burlap kept damp. The lid on the cooler has air vents. Fine wire screening is calked under the lid.

Why the night lite? They scared of the dark? Seriously, what does the night light do?

Especially the sports section. Sometimes they read the funnies too. Actually the night light helps keep them inside the container. They look up and think it is daylight and go back underground to the electric slide dance
party.

Actually you do not need to put in the funnies or any other newspaper with a lot of colored ink. I have been told that....... Some of the colored ink is toxic to worms.

Wow. They will be upset about that. I will wait till morning to tell them. Good info to know. Thanks. They like yellow corn meal better than white meal or grits. Take care.
