I haven't tried Euros yet but red wigglers are a breeze. Euros need warmish temps and benefit with buried food as well as surface feeding. Be careful with the peat moss as it is naturally acidic and can cause problems. When I started with red wigglers I never got good growth nor multiplication until the peat moss mixture was over 6 months old.
They stay inside so everything's Ok. I use 50/50 Coconut Coir/Peat Moss they seem to be doing well so far.
