    Default Worm bed invaders

One of my redworm beds has been invaded by a tiny(and I mean tiny!!!) white bug. They seem to be concentrated in the shredded newspaper and are there by the thousands. Does anyone know how to get rid of them.

I had the same problem on my European Nightcrawlers. They weren't as bad as yours it doesn't sound like though. I cleaned all of the dirt and newspaper out and replaced the bedding. They seem to be happy and doing fine. Peatmoss, topsoil, and shredded black and white newspaper is what i use. How long has it been since you cleaned it out? I suspect if your throwing veggies and eggshells in there that they may not be able to consume the food fast enough and it is attracting the bugs. Feed them once every 10 days or so and maybe lighten up on how much you are putting in with them.
